Privacy Policy

We ask for as little information as possible, use it only for the civic work described here, and never sell it.

  1. What we collect

    When you join the Alliance we collect your name and email address. When you contact us we also collect your message, inquiry category and (optionally) your phone number.

  2. How we use it

    We use your information to send civic updates you asked for and to respond to your message. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with candidates, parties or developers.

  3. Email preferences

    Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop sending updates immediately.

  4. Data retention and security

    Submissions are stored in a secured database with restricted, role-based access limited to Alliance administrators. We keep records only as long as needed for our civic work.

  5. Your rights

    Email info@bocacitizens.org at any time to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
